Many Americans are confused by the data surrounding the Covid “pandemic” and why is this different than the seasonal flu (influenza).

Many of the tell-tale diagnostic signs are the same, or at the least, very similar. Prior to the Covid issue, most all the symptoms experienced by most would be considered flu or cold derived.

Nowadays it is almost impossible to distinguish without reliable testing. Unfortunately, we are seeing many false false Covid results and a total lack of Influenza testing.

Based on “what we know”, there are a few differences. The most obvious Covid symptom is the loss of taste or smell. Beyond that, it is pretty tough to tell based on symptoms alone.

A recent study of the data available by the University of Southern California revealed a specific order of appearance of Covid symptoms. These symptoms typically appear in the following order:

  1. Fever
  2. Body aches or cough
  3. Nausea and/or vomiting
  4. Diarrhea

The most agreed upon symptom of Covid appears to be fever at onset. The rest of the order is hard to distinguish as firm.

Although the recovery rate is extremely high for individuals under age 70, be careful.
